Today we are joined by Danny Falco, AKA My Wild Aura. Danny is a singer/songwriter from Boston, MA. He was on American Idol, made it to the top 32 of X Factor, and has opened for artists like Kesha, Big Time Rush, Mike Posner, and Victoria Justice. Danny has recently released his debut album titled Confessions of a Fallen Star that can be streamed wherever you get your music.
Danny is sharing about his journey with anorexia (the mental health disorder with the highest mortality rate) as a man and the impact working in the entertainment industry had on his body image. He is also sharing what recovery has looked like, finding self-love, and his advice for other people struggling with an eating disorder.
